Carlos Casado Cuevas nació en Otero de Guardo (Palencia) en 1942. Tiene dos hijos y tres nietos. Ha vivido en Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Argentina, Paraguay, y desde hace diez años disfruta de su jubilación en su pueblo natal.
