Investigando las migraciones en Chile

Se trata del trabajo de mi tesis doctoral que recoge el saber medico tradicional de algunos pueblos indigenas de Oaxaca y de la sociedad mestiza de Mexico y Oaxaca, valorando sus propias explicaciones y experiencias.

This study of the Iron Age II in Central Spain is based on fieldwork carried out between 1994 and 1996 in the Mesa de Ocaña in Toledo. Following an introduction and background to the area, the author discusses the aims and methodology of the survey and presents a catalogue of the sites identified and their morphology. This study supports the idea of a dual settlement system in the later Iron Age (roughly the 8th/7th to 5th/4th century BC), with specialised sites coexisting with continuously occupied settlements.

This study looks at continuity and change in burial practices and funerary traditions in the Third Intermediate Period, the 21st to 25th Dynasties. Focusing primarily on the royal cemetery of Tanis, Jose Lull studies in detail the architecture of the tombs, how and where the people and pharaohs were buried, chronology of the tombs, the burial traditions and ritual that followed burial, and the texts and iconography that were featured on the walls of the tombs.
