Este libro trata de reflexiones y caminos de búsqueda, de conocimientos científicos, teológicos, vivencias, testimonios, experiencias en gente que va en busca de ayuda donde sus secretos atravesados por el dolor, la tristeza, la angustia y el quebrantamiento, son expuestos en espacios de sesiones terapéuticas y no en iglesias. Relatan miembros de diferentes comunidades cristianas que las mismas no le daban un lugar de confianza y seguridad para desnudar sus conflictos internos. Debían mostrarse felices siempre, más allá de las circunstancias por las que atravesaban, porque un buen cristiano no puede manifestarse con culpa y cargar un sentimiento de dolor. No fue fácil abordar estas temáticas tabúes, tan actuales en las sociedades y para mí fue un desafío personal, escribir de “lo que no se habla” y ahí empecé a recorrer caminos diferentes para lograr mi objetivo. Invito a los futuros lectores a recorrer las páginas de este libro con una actitud de introspección. El autoconocimiento nos va a dar la posibilidad de reconocer nuestras debilidades y fortalezas, nos ayuda a conectarnos con la plenitud de Dios, y ser nexos de bendición ante el prójimo. Betty Berta
