La gramática castellana de Cristóbal de Villalón es la primera gramática completa del castellano del siglo XVI. Fue publicada en 1557 y su autor la presentó como la primera gramática de la lengua castellana pues según declara en el proemio la que realizó Antonio de Nebrija no fue sino una traducción de la que este había compuesto para el latín. Constituye una piedra angular en la historia de la formación del saber gramatical castellano.
