Una mirada crítica al componente sociocultural en los libros de texto de español como L2

Apenas existen monografías centradas en el componente sociocultural de libros de texto de español como L2. Este estudio se centra en investigar dicho componente en nueve libros de texto de español como L2 publicados por editoriales españolas entre 2008-2018, dirigidos a adultos y adultos jóvenes, con fines generales, y pertenecientes a los niveles inicial, intermedio y avanzado. Los resultados indican que este componente difícilmente está bien fundamentado e informado y apenas contiene una estructura y organización adecuadas. No refleja la diversidad del mundo hispanohablante desde el punto de vista geopolítico, humano y social. La presencia de los usos sociolingüísticos del español es muy escasa. El nivel y el año de publicación no ejercen influencia en este componente.
