El tercer número de Verb boogazine trata del estado cambiante de la ciudad en la era electrónica, de cómo la tecnología incide en la realidad urbana, las formas en que se concibe y cómo cambia la manera en que se experimenta y se vive el espacio de la ciudad.

The book presents the works of three Latin American architects whose designs share functionality and a unique and a protagonist vision of space. Architects Carlos Ott (b. Uruguay) and Mathias Klotz (b. Chile) are two of the most influential architects of Latin America recognized internationally with numerous prizes and with constructed projects in America, Asia and Europe, while young and noted architect Christian Wiese (b. Ecuador) is probably the best known architect in Ecuador with a solid international trajectory.

The book analyses a selection of 10 houses and 14 buildings constructed in Costa Rica from 2000 to 2005 and that represent the current urban San Jose's growth trends. The domestic architecture reflects a higher purchasing power with an appreciation oh natural surroundings, the office and industrial buildings are aimed some at rescuing the historic downtown area while others were constructed in the suburban area of the city.
